Most homeowners don’t think about repairs…until something stops working.  A leaking roof during heavy rain.  Cracks on walls getting wider.  Tiles lifting.  Doors not closing properly.  Electrical issues acting up.  At first, it seems small. Easy to ignore. “We can deal with it later.”  But smal
